Her highly acclaimed award and recognition programs, dynamic customized workshops and engaging presentations act as a Spearhead For Change. By teaching others the skills and attitudes it takes to achieve, she has stimulated success for thousands of people worldwide. Fern has served as a leader in the Chicago Hunger Campaign, IllinoisWINGS (breast cancer), Alternative Education for the Hearing Impaired, on the Board of Directors of the Make A Wish Foundation (Ohio) and Young Leaders United.
